Qalibr Reviews & Product Details

Qalibr is an AI copilot for bug intake and triage. It reads the full conversation where a bug gets reported — in Slack, or pasted in from anywhere else — and decides whether it actually deserves a ticket before anyone opens one. The real cost of a bug report isn't the bug. It's everything around it: reading the thread, deciding if it's a real defect, checking whether it's already open, chasing missing repro steps, writing the ticket, routing it — and the reporter never hearing back. Qalibr automates that entire intake process. How it works: a report comes in → Qalibr reads the whole thread for the real signal → checks for duplicates and links them instead of opening new tickets → classifies the report against a QA-built taxonomy (real bug, false positive, user error, missing context, or regression) with reasoning and a confidence score → enriches it into a complete ticket (environment, repro steps, expected vs. actual, evidence) → routes it to Linear → and a human approves at the gate before anything reaches the tracker. What makes it different: most tools stop at duplicate detection. Qalibr adds judgment — tunable classification rules so triage happens the way your team would do it — plus a reporter loop that posts live ticket status back into the original Slack thread, so the person who reported it is never left wondering. Built for QA leads and engineering managers at SaaS companies running Slack and Linear, dealing with high report volume and a growing backlog. Flat pricing, no per-seat: Starter $99/mo (150 enrichments), Growth $249/mo (500 enrichments, most popular), Scale $599/mo (1,500 enrichments, SSO, advanced routing). 14-day free trial, no card required.
