## About Qafilo
Qafilo is a free WordPress plugin that puts Umrah and Hajj bookings on a travel agency's own website. Each package shows its departures, its hotels in Madinah and Makkah, the distance to the Haram, the seats left and a price grid by room and age. Families choose their travellers and rooms, see the total and the deposit, and send a request without paying online. The agency works from one screen: requests to handle today, late balances, departures below their minimum. It confirms bookings, records payments, handles cancellations with its own scale and prints group lists; the group guide gets read-only access. Compliance is built in: the EU package travel information form, dated consents, encrypted passport numbers, retention periods, export and erasure on request. Data stays on the agency's own hosting. Qafilo follows the site's theme, runs on shared hosting and speaks English, French and Arabic (right-to-left included). A public feed with no personal data sends departures and prices to comparison sites. FullDo also offers a done-for-you setup and hosting. Designed between France and Tunisia by FullDo and SKGenius.
