**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The import things are not working as per the expectation, QA touch must improve these things. The responsiveness of the tool is not that much fast it also requires improvement in those areas.

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

The tool is suitable for managing test cases in a proper and better way. Qa touch is a proper test case management tool for a software tester to manage the test cases module wise of different projects and execute them simultaneously

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

The UI can still be better, or else it seems good as it as of now. All things are good I don't have any point to point out that some thing is not good in your tool.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Touch Professional Plan powered by chat, issue tracking tools, CI, Test Automation integrations. The UI can still be better, or else it seems good as it as of now. All things are good I don't have any point to point out that some thing is not good in your tool.

Detailed Test Cases

  ### 13. Great staff, product needs further development

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane K. | Software engineer

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2022

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

The thing I find most helpful about QA Touch is that the support staff proactively reach out and seek feedback to improve their product. It does not give the user experience of other tools such as Azure dev ops, but allows basic operations and functions. The staff have already made changes to help us, but more are planned in to provide a better user experience and an easier to use front end. The main pain points are ease of use - several things feel harder than expected and administrative re-work is required during use. I suspect license costs are cheap and as it is less dynamic than other tools - functionality is more basic and limited and less intuitive. If you use it and feel frustrated I recommend engaging with staff to feedback, you may then see enhancements to the tool that will help you in your role related activities.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

Usability, things are not so intuitive and changes made are not reflected in other areas. Fort example when we linked a test to a defect, we had to link the defect to the test which is twice as much work. When a test is assigned to a user the test steps might show as assigned to a different user. The scroll bar was not low enough and search on a name did not display the suggested result as users did not know they needed to scroll down. We struggled to share test cases and copy modules, we don't have time to look and watch through the videos, but they might be very helpful to a new user.If it's a blocker I would expect it to auto tick the blocking defect. If user raises an error it would be more helpful if it defaulted to the person creating record or at least had it on 1st screen

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us see high level progress and allowing us to assign to internal users and do basic reporting

  ### 14. QATouch user Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

  ### 15. QAtouch is one stop solution for Test Case Management Problem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

Version 2 is fast
Many integrations available

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

-Continuous login to tool behaves abruptly sometimes

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Well organised Test Cases
-Easy and organised Test Case Execution
-Get a glimpse of live status of Test Cases Execution
-No confusion in assignment of Test Cases Execution ownership
-Map Test Cases to JIRA requirement
-Manage or tag Test Cases sprint-wise
-Module-wise Test Cases

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleix G. | QA LEAD, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2022

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

All that you need a few clicks. The tests can be organized Project/Modules/SubModules/Test Cases.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

It's difficul remove a big quantity of tests cases at the same time, and some workflows (if you remove some test case, this test case is removed from Test Runs)

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAtouch is on a continous development and we have new releases with improvements.

  ### 17. Wonderful qa tool with extremely helpful staff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2022

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

I'm a big fan of the room itself but I think QA Touch best quality is the support its staff give. There have been times where we've required a feature and the staff have always been very accommodating

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

I think my least favourite thing is that it is a web app as opposed to a native app and with that comes the challenges that usually accompany web apps eg token expiration etc

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qa Touch helps us manage the test cases, releases and test runs associated with a number of our projects.

  ### 18. Great tool with quality support

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

Ease of use with the UI; support from the development and product team behind it; integrations with third party softwares and automation frameworks.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

Some integrations missing; some documentation is vague / light on details, particularly when it comes to setting up some of the integrations with automation frameworks.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing functions; viewing and tracking test case and test run history; changes in views throughout the UI; bugs.

  ### 19. Amazing experience with QA Touch

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2022

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

There are many annoying UX flaws. I have already sent emails for a few of the issues. I have also mentioned this to Karthik Chidambaram.

Test Case management. It is helping me to create a repo of all user/test scenarios.

  ### 22. Positive experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

I am able to get feedback on our application from different audience in a streamlined way. The UI is attractive.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

Would have been nice if the steps arw movablw in their order from within the test. Would have been nice to clone a project in just one click.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining reports when doing UAT to sample clients.

  ### 23. Fluid and Intuitive! Excellent Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

Ease of use & integration with 3rd party apps. QA Touch allows us to create test cases quickly and easily, love the reusable steps. The UI is clean and modern. Love that they integrate with Gitlab, Github, Jira, Jenkins and Cypress. Their support is very responsive and they take feedback seriously and get things on their road map.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

Clicking the QA Touch logo should take you to the projects page because it's the central point at least for us. I also wish the breadcrumb for each project did not have 'boards' in it as I end up clicking on that by accident all the time and we don't use the boards. To be fair, I have not mentioned these items to QA Touch as they are just minor inconveniences.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using QA Touch gives us a holistic view of test activities for our products at any time. It bridges manual and automated test reporting, allows us to identify testing gaps faster, track release progress, and produce reports.

  ### 25. Ever-evolving platform and great customer care

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2021

**What do you like best about QA Touch?**

The modularity of QA Touch allowed us to create a system that works around our workflows. No system can ever be 100% perfect, but the team at DCKAP have been fantastic, both in the care they take with feature requests and in the time they take to help with questions.

**What do you dislike about QA Touch?**

Nothing in particular. The customer service we receive almost always fills in the gaps between our process and how QaTouch works. Anything that can't be quickly fixed is considered internally and we've always received a timely followup to those feature requests.

**What problems is QA Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution to centralise tests across our team and to cement our test structure and approach. QAT provided enough flexibility and easy to use customisation that we didn't have to adjust our approach, or invest a lot of time to achieve the level of customisation we wanted.
