Great To Use When It Works... They are quite simple to do and normally tailored well to the user's preferences and habits. T **What do you dislike about Pureprofile?** Some surveys are very long with little or no reward. Doing a thirty minute survey for a $1 reward is futile. What's worse at times is when a survey is worth a large sum but once a user finds themselves on the last page and ready to submit, the survey crashes and there is no reward attached. Customer service has not always been helpful in assisting with these sorts of issues and unfortunately they are very frequent. **What problems is Pureprofile solving and how is that benefiting you?** A great way to make quick cash that if you allow to bank up, can be very rewarding. ### 2. I worked with Keith Ang (Client Solutions Director), Augustin Ong (Project Consultant) and Abdulqadir Dahodwala (Project Manager). From the very start, the team's speed was admirable. Once they received my request, I got a call from them immediately and the ball started rolling very quickly. I gave them a super tight deadline (a week!), but they delivered with great quality and service. It's great to work with a team who doesn't just view a client as another number - all of them were very empathetic about all the challenges I had and was understanding at all times. Thanks alot, Keith, Augustin and Abdulqadir! **What do you dislike about Pureprofile?** Nothing exactly to dislike, just a note to people who are commissioning research - be as prepared as possible before working with the team if working on tight deadlines. Have your objectives, questions and other important details ready if you'd like to have a project delivered in a week. **What problems is Pureprofile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick research studies, customer success team who go above and beyond to deliver, a sales team who are emphatetic and treat you like a partner. ### 3. There are many surveys on-demand; visit an account and see what is on offer. **What do you dislike about Pureprofile?** The major downside that I have observed is that the minimum cash-out threshold is relatively high, which takes a long time to get your money.
