PureDesk Reviews & Product Details

A helpdesk that’s powerful without being complicated Most support software makes you choose. Simple tools are quick to set up but run out of road as you grow. Powerful platforms do everything, but come with setup calls and settings screens nobody wants to touch. PureDesk was built to avoid that trade-off. Everything in one inbox Live chat, email and your customer portal all land in one shared inbox. Every conversation becomes a ticket with a priority, an owner and a full reply thread, so your team works from one place. Set up in minutes, not weeks There’s no setup call and no implementation project. Create your workspace. Your shared inbox is ready as soon as you sign up. Connect your channels. Paste one script tag on your site for live chat and give customers your support email. Both feed the same inbox. Start replying. Assign, resolve and track how your team is performing. Powerful where it counts Easy to use doesn’t mean basic. AI-assisted replies: AI drafts replies for agents to review, or answers live chats automatically using your knowledge base, even out of hours. Email-to-ticket: Customer emails become tickets automatically, and replies go straight back to their inbox. Knowledge base: Publish answers so customers can help themselves. Automation: Round-robin assignment, keyword tagging and auto-closing of stale conversations. Reporting: Response times, resolution times and customer satisfaction, by team or by agent. Sensible pricing Free: ticketing, a contact directory and one embeddable widget, with no time limit. Starter (£24/month): up to 10 agents and 1,000 contacts. Pro (£79/month): unlimited agents and contacts, priority support, and the AI Assistant with 500 sessions a month. Upgrade from inside the app whenever you need to.
