PupPilot Reviews & Product Details

Puppilot is the AI-powered front desk built exclusively for veterinary clinics. It handles inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and client communication around the clock — so front desk teams can focus on the clients and patients in front of them. What makes Puppilot fundamentally different from traditional answering services, static reminder systems, or generic AI tools is that it reads and understands the medical record. When a pet owner calls after hours, they don't get a generic voicemail. They get a personalized, context-aware conversation that knows their pet by name, understands their current medications, and can answer real clinical follow-up questions based on the actual chart. This matters because roughly two-thirds of inbound calls to veterinary clinics aren't about hours or directions — they're medical-context questions like "should I give a second dose if I forgot the morning pill?" or "is this swelling normal three days after surgery?" Puppilot can answer these questions autonomously because it has access to the patient's visit history, prescriptions, and care plans. Puppilot also goes beyond answering the phone. It proactively reaches out to clients with AI-driven outbound calls and texts — not pre-written templates, but real conversations tailored to each patient's situation. Post-surgical check-ins, medication adherence calls, overdue preventive care reminders, and recall outreach all happen automatically, with multi-step follow-up that adapts when clients don't answer or say they're busy. The result: fewer missed follow-ups, fewer after-hours calls that go unanswered, fewer clients lost to silence, and more time for your team to practice medicine instead of managing a phone queue. Puppilot integrates directly with your practice information management system (PIMS) and is purpose-built for veterinary medicine — not adapted from human healthcare, not bolted onto a general-purpose communication platform. Every feature, every conversation, and every workflow is designed for the way veterinary practices actually operate.
