Punchzee allows me to integrate it with mobile and laptop so that I can easily schedule any task from both my devices. 2. It schedule tasks and gives me the notification for upcoming task so that I don't miss any deadlines. 3. It's very easy to use and have great set of features. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** There is nothing to dislike about Punchzee as a current user I think it is headed to the right direction. **What problems is Punchzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Punchzee helps me to manage and prioritizes the task effectively. I can break down complex projects into small tasks and set deadlines for them which seems achievable to me. 2. It also gives me the timely notification and reminders which helps me to meet deadlines and this is the lifesaver for me. ### 2. It helps to get all the information in one place. It creates the proper project playing and the AI tool is awesome to make complete day planning. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** A few functions are not too helpful like the coordinate grounding function. It creates issues sometimes loading when the project data is a little bit big. Else everything I found is good and right. **What problems is Punchzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** It usually helps me a lot as it reduces the email chain the group chats and all the rest stuff I all found in one place during the project planning. I'm glad I found this! It's functional and easy to use and has many great features that make it easy to manage my projects. It has solved a lot of issues quickly and effortlessly. The advanced data is fantastic! **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** When I'm uploading plans to the app, it doesn't save, and I have to do it several times. I also thought the interface was a little bit more cleaned up. Instead of having the save button on the top, they should have it lower or be able to hit enter to save it automatically. **What problems is Punchzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can track the overall progress of my projects and even oversee the workload of the field workers assigned to specific jobs. It saves time, especially on my more prominent sites. ### 4. There are tabs for area photos, document uploaded. It gives you the option to save detailed information about each item. Can create multiple user profiles. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** Don't forget to save project name first or everything that you upload regarding the project will disappear and have to be really entered all over again. It would be nice if it automatically saved this info. **What problems is Punchzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's provides one place for everyone involved in the project to upload content and view content that others have uploaded regarding specific projects without wasting time calling or texting each other. ### 5. More notifications of assigned tasks to follow the projects. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** It is a simple software to use, but it lacks some features that are quite necessary for field personnel when carrying out projects. Also, I think that the layout and interface are very user friendly. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** To be honest there a few features of this program that I have not found helpful or very useful. It really reduced email chains, meetings, and group chats to get all of our project details in one place! It's also super user friendly, especially for those that are not too tech saavy. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** Punchzee was relatively to use and roll-out, there was a little hesitance on the part of some of our subs and in-office staff, but overall, there were no issues with the application. **What problems is Punchzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Punchzee kept all of our contacts, messages, blueprints, contracts, approvals, and scope of work all in one central location! No forgetting to include someone in on a text chain, email chain, or conference call meeting. Punchzee is saving my whole team time and energy! ### 8. The easily navigation across this program has made this app our number one go to! There's so much going on but it's really intuitive. I think that's what makes this platform so exciting. Usually project management is complicated and not easy to organize but these guys made it fun. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** I feel like some of the pages were missing like assignments were missing a quick link to add an assignment to a project. Unless I'm missing something? Some of the UI and emails had some layout issues. **What problems is Punchzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting and collaborating with multiple people on multiple projects can be a real hassle but this platform keeps things organized. Also, I like how assignments and tasks keep everyone on task. ### 10. There should be a way to just click once so that you can access the My Work or Management drop-down menus. **What problems is Punchzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** For a potential building project, Punchzee is allowing me to determine the best workflow for project managers, site workers, and ease of function with respect to team management and collaboration. You may have a blueprint for a project, but Punchzee is like the CRM for construction. ### 15. So that's helpful when it comes to compliance and security. **What do you dislike about Punchzee?** There's not much but overall, I would say the monthly or annual payment model.
