Their support is awful and they don’t give a shit. It’s unreal to have a dedicated slack channel and your point person takes one whole month to respond to inquiries even after pinging them multiple times.

In the whole month they didn’t respond we launched a whole new product without their help on a basic inquiry that we had no visibility into because we aren’t owners of the AWS organization.

1. Pump activated a feature to prevent customers from leaving their billing organization. So if they don't let you go, you need to migrate your servers. Hard to believe, but reality.

Pump is a free and easy way to save money on your AWS bill. AWS costs can be tough to handle, especially for small teams like ours in the pre-seed stage. There's not much to dislike about it because it's basiclly free money returning to us, allowing us to allocate it into various other parts of our company.
