When we were raising our early round, I decided to give Pulley a try instead. Right from the start, their team was personable and attentive, and my experience with them has only gotten better over time. Now, with more than 100 investors managed through Pulley, our entire cap table is maintained electronically. They have also handled several 409A valuations for us, and their valuation team - especially Owen - has been outstanding. The customer success team—especially Michelle—and really everyone I've interacted with, have been fantastic. Whenever we need assistance or advice, I have tremendous peace of mind knowing they will respond quickly, kindly, and effectively, usually within just a few hours.
