PsychReport.ai Reviews & Product Details

PsychReport.ai is report writing software for psychologists, school psychologists, neuropsychologists, and other assessment professionals. It turns your scores, background, and observations into a structured draft of a psychological evaluation report, so you spend your time on clinical judgment instead of formatting tables and rewriting boilerplate. Writing an evaluation report by hand usually takes 4 to 6 hours, and complex evaluations can take far longer. With PsychReport.ai the full workflow typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. How it works: 1. Enter scores by hand, or upload publisher score reports and let Smart Score Import pull the scores in (approximately 90 to 95 percent accurate across most assessments, and you confirm every value). 2. Add background, history, behavioral observations, and referral questions. 3. Generate a draft report. Choose Brief, Standard, or Comprehensive length. 4. Review, edit, and approve. A report stays a draft until you approve it. What's included: - 290+ commonly used assessments across cognitive, academic, behavioral, adaptive, and social-emotional domains, with new assessments added on request, typically within 24 to 48 hours - Writing Style: the draft follows how you write (sentence length, transitions, preferred terms) from your own samples - Clinical, parent-friendly, and school versions of each report - APA-formatted reports with export to Word - Group Unlimited: multiple providers, role-based access, and a supervisor review queue Privacy and security: - Self-service Business Associate Agreement (BAA) during onboarding; custom BAA available for Group Unlimited - Zero Data Retention: inputs are not retained after generation, and PsychReport.ai never trains AI on practitioner or client data - Hosted in SOC 2 Type II certified facilities on US-based Google Cloud infrastructure - TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, MFA, role-based access, audit logs - Uploaded score documents are deleted 30 days after the report is generated Pricing is public and month to month.
