Who it is for - Insurance loss adjusters and claims teams: damage surveys, statements of findings, photo documentation with date, time and GPS. - Electricians and installers: system checks, switchboards, commissioning and compliance checklists with photos. - Plumbers, HVAC and boiler technicians: maintenance visits, flue checks, leak inspections, documented interventions. - Maintenance, facility management and field service companies: tracked jobs, client history, quality control. - Property and condominium managers, surveyors: site visits, condition reports, claims, works in progress. - Companies with field teams: the supervisor follows the job live without travelling. Key features - Video recording with proof of integrity: in solo inspections audio-video recording starts automatically; the file stays on the device and the app computes a SHA-256 fingerprint with date, time, duration and GPS, all printed in the PDF report. "Verify integrity" proves the footage was not altered. Body-cam / action-cam videos can be attached too. - Voice-filled checklists: describe what you found, the assistant transcribes and proposes ticks and notes on the right checklist item; you review and confirm. - Photos linked to checklist items, with typed or dictated captions. - Branded PDF report: logo and company data, checklist, notes, photos, videos with hash, signature.
