I use ProviderTrust for exclusion monitoring and absolutely appreciate that it eliminates the risk of business dealings with excluded individuals and entities. I love how our data remains clean, allowing me to have a 30,000-foot view of our most important information at a glance. Working directly with the team at ProviderTrust is a major advantage for me. I wish there was a way to pull data from the states that do not share a sanctions list. We screen against 43 states now. We could do a 1:1 search within the NM site, for instance, but PT is not able to search within the site and transfer that data back to the ProviderTrust app for review. There's so much to like about ProviderTrust. First of all, their partnership has been amazing over the years. They're efficient and responsive. Their customer service is outstanding, and their engagement is wonderful. They are one of those business partners that you're happy to work with and you're confident they're doing the work you want them to do. They provide us with the warnings and information we need to take action if we find someone on an exclusion list. Overall, they've been a wonderful partner. We were needing OIG/SAM background checks and didn't know where to start, also needed to have licensure/credentialing checks. ProviderTrust was able to coordinate a meeting fast. They explained their process and protal. The onboarding was simple and support during the set up process was streamlined. The platform is very easy to use and intuitive. The search capabilities and automated, ongoing screenings make it a very low effort process.
