ProviderTrust makes compliance monitoring much more manageable. I like that a lot of the screening and exclusion checks are automated, which reduces manual effort and helps teams stay organized. I use ProviderTrust for exclusion monitoring and absolutely appreciate that it eliminates the risk of business dealings with excluded individuals and entities. I wish there was a way to pull data from the states that do not share a sanctions list. We screen against 43 states now. We could do a 1:1 search within the NM site, for instance, but PT is not able to search within the site and transfer that data back to the ProviderTrust app for review. There's so much to like about ProviderTrust. First of all, their partnership has been amazing over the years. They're efficient and responsive. Their customer service is outstanding, and their engagement is wonderful. They are one of those business partners that you're happy to work with and you're confident they're doing the work you want them to do. They provide us with the warnings and information we need to take action if we find someone on an exclusion list. Overall, they've been a wonderful partner.
