ProSelect appeared to be less effective than the other relatively new sales instruments. There was no mobile responsiveness, which is a problem when presenting photos during a consultation on a tablet or smartphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the thought behind it by making it streamlined to show your clients their images and then ordering straight from the program. Having clients upload their walls was great but only one client used that feature so again, this was all a waste. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This program is really complicated to use, even after the mentoring session, which I didn't find all helpful because there's only so much you can go over in one hour. With my schedule, I was unable to take advantage of the 30 money-back guarantee because I had hoped to learn the program. However, after watching a few tutorials and still struggling, I was not able to learn the program and it's features. It's a LOT of money wasted on my part and customer service does not care and is not helpful at all. Instead of coming a place of empathy and understanding, they just care about the money. Honestly, it's the first time I've run in to such an unhelpful company since running my business. There are many other programs out there that are way more affordable, easier to use and have a really responsive and helpful team of support. I could not even find a phone number for this company to try and speak to someone on the phone. Check out Fundy or Framesuite (my favorite and currently free to use). The customer service is woeful. Heaven forbid you question them or their very abrupt support department, particularly individuals. What they say is final and they kick you out for founded criticism. Their subscription system is expensive for what it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
