It made sales to become easier for me and I was able to meet the needs of each and every customer separately. **What do you dislike about ProSelect?** ProSelect appeared to be less effective than the other relatively new sales instruments. There was no mobile responsiveness, which is a problem when presenting photos during a consultation on a tablet or smartphone. **What problems is ProSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProSelect assists in the control of face-to-face selling for photographic studios. They add that it is convenient to work in such areas as creating of custom packages, orders management and tracking of sales. ### 2. Having clients upload their walls was great but only one client used that feature so again, this was all a waste. **What do you dislike about ProSelect?** This program is really complicated to use, even after the mentoring session, which I didn't find all helpful because there's only so much you can go over in one hour. With my schedule, I was unable to take advantage of the 30 money-back guarantee because I had hoped to learn the program. However, after watching a few tutorials and still struggling, I was not able to learn the program and it's features. It's a LOT of money wasted on my part and customer service does not care and is not helpful at all. Instead of coming a place of empathy and understanding, they just care about the money. Honestly, it's the first time I've run in to such an unhelpful company since running my business. There are many other programs out there that are way more affordable, easier to use and have a really responsive and helpful team of support. I could not even find a phone number for this company to try and speak to someone on the phone. Check out Fundy or Framesuite (my favorite and currently free to use). Also, their virtual rooms are ugly. $800 wasted and lesson learned. **What problems is ProSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're trying to solve problems for IPS photographers however, they just added to the complicated nature of everything with how difficult their program is to learn. This program did not benefit me in any way. I used it with 3 clients and the features I used could have all been done in Lightroom - FOR FREE. ### 3. Also the abiiitu to place images at different sizes in room settings to see how they compliment each other is amazing ### 5. Dated product. No doubt about it, it is one of the most featured programs out there but their competitors are gaining ground quickly. **What do you dislike about ProSelect?** The customer service is woeful. Heaven forbid you question them or their very abrupt support department, particularly individuals. What they say is final and they kick you out for founded criticism. Their subscription system is expensive for what it is. **Recommendations to others considering ProSelect:** I would check out the other programs available. Proselect is dated and a relic of the past. **What problems is ProSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is used for in person sales. There are no benefits over this title over their competitors.
