Lots of glitches. It is taking me hours to put together proposals. No real product development. Doesnt integrate as well as I'd like. Prospects/clients cant always access their proposals. Download functionality breaks frequently. Mobile app is terrible. Its more complicated than it needs to be. Setup and maintenance are difficult and time consuming. We're migrating away because its become yet another tool that someone needs to "manage' instead of it "just working". Its a bummer we put a ton of effort into our proposal templates but the pricing tables are constantly glitching, and the font/editor just... randomly removes all formatting.
