Proposify is the best at creating a professional proposal with the far less time spent in developing it. It arranges the data very well and offers a lot of alternative ways of saving the sections of documents. We were able to see a reduction in approval times for our business and, our sales and marketing departments can work on it more effectively. Besides that, we can reduce the possibility of mistakes by saving parts of content and using them in our next orders. I also am excited about the possibility of showing the video sessions of our equipment that allow our customers to see a clearer picture of the equipment we are quoting. The formatting glitches are usually ignored when using the tables which do have solutions to be found, but they are time-consuming issues that are annoying to users. One more thing that I really wish we had is the ability to "keep text together" a similar feature of Word where I could specify which block of text should go immediately after which image or paragra. Occasionally, when you have a specific need, the system doesn't always support it. It isn't extensible, so if it doesn't support what you want, then you're stuck trying to shoehorn your sales process into their tool. We onboarded Proposify almost two years ago and it has made a world of difference in our day-to-day operations and proposal creation. The implementation and onboarding of Proposify was very hands on from our representative and the support team. The support we received from the Proposify team did not end after we were fully integrated with their program, rather, they have continued to meet with us about improvements, answer questions, and have helped implement updates that we found value in as a firm. Proposify was initially an answer to a lot of inefficiencies we were facing with our growing number of proposals and various service lines we were supporting. In the past two years, we have created hundreds of proposals and are able to do these in a much shorter timeframe than our previous manual process in Microsoft Office products. There are still minor challenges we face with Proposify around the general formatting. The table feature is still not where we would need it to be to effectively use it in every proposal. There are other minor areas that have caused issues - mainly around dates and having to manually update them on an existing proposal prior to an agreement being signed. Proposify allows us to store template, but always gives the option to customize and include different assets and visuals. The calculations and on and off options for optional modules is a life-saver for complex proposals, and the sign option is great for the clients that feel comfortable with it. Setting up new documents and adding clients for signature is not as intuitive as it should be. I do it just infrequently enough to forget each time. Also, it is very frustrating when team members are in the same document and we inadvertently overwrite each other if we are editing the same page- we have learned to be very careful. We utilize Proposify for not only client contracts, but also for sign-off documentation for designs and content. We were able to easily create custom templates and separate tracking for each type of document. My team utilizes the platform several times a month for not only document creation, but also for reference to previous contracts. The ability to search by document stream and/or user makes it quick to navigate. By tying the platform into our CRM we are able to trigger tasks for employees upon signature.
