## About ProposalFlow
ProposalFlow is a cloud-based proposal-to-invoice workspace built for freelancers, consultants, and small client-service agencies. Users can create structured proposals from ready-made templates or with AI assistance, customize the content and pricing, and share a secure client link for review, approval, and e-signature. After a proposal is accepted, users can create an invoice and present up to four payment methods they already use, including Stripe, Wise, PayPal, bank transfer, or another provider. Client funds go directly through the provider selected by the business; ProposalFlow does not hold or process client payments. ProposalFlow also includes client management, proposal tracking, reusable templates, custom branding, team access, white-label client pages, and API access depending on the selected plan. The Starter plan is free and includes 3 proposals and 10 clients. No credit card is required to start.
