PropOS Reviews & Product Details

PropOS (prop-os.co.uk) is an AI-native property operating system built by Proptech Solutions Ltd for UK independent and multi-branch estate and letting agencies. It is designed so a branch can run sales, lettings, property management and client accounting in one system, instead of stitching together a CRM, a lettings package, portals and spreadsheets. On the sales side, PropOS covers enquiry pipelines, vendor and buyer records, and sales progression / chain workflows. On the lettings and management side it covers tenancies, property management tasks, and landlord, tenant, vendor and buyer portals so stakeholders can see what they need without chasing the branch. Client accounting and UK-oriented compliance workflows sit in the same product, so fee earners are not copying data between tools. AI assistance is built into operational work — for example listing drafts and progression support — rather than offered as a separate chatbot bolted onto an old CRM. Pricing is published on the website: from £299 inc. VAT per branch per month on the Branch plan, with Multi-Branch from £249 inc. VAT per branch. There is no free trial; the Branch plan offers 50% off the first month. Demos are available via hello@prop-os.co.uk. Integrations that are live include Stripe for billing and Binding Signature for e-sign. Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket partner integrations are in progress; current status is listed on prop-os.co.uk/integrations. PropOS UK is not affiliated with unrelated products that also use the PropOS name.
