Some of the user training material can be difficult to work with.

What problems is Proofpoint ZenGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?

Both phish protection using CLEAR and security awareness training for the userbase. Assisting our users to be integral to the security of the organisation by understanding what threats are out there and how to spot them. For a while now, security awareness training has been pivoting away from the standard once-a-year reminder video to more real-time on-the-spot training when organizations understand an elevated threat level or a new threat has emerged.
