It is more an issue with Microsoft and the interference of data's flow. One month it works fine and then MS will "modify" something then all of the communication gets quarantined and it becomes difficult. The PSAT platform provides an easy to use solution to support end user cyber security education. The "report suspicious" button and its functionality saves time for an IT support team in the investigation of suspicious e-mail.
