1. It is opensource

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Sendmail Open Source?

What do you like best about Proofpoint Sendmail Open Source?

I like that proofpoint has the capability to filter out potentially unwanted emails before the end user even has a chance to open malicious messages. The ability to go in review and see all the emails that passed through and what was quarantined is a bug positive as it gives the user an idea of what is being stopped and allowed and even allows for additional customization. What do you dislike about Proofpoint Sendmail Open Source?

I dislike how strict the filter is. I have since gone in and modified and allowed some addresses to pass through the filter but it delayed a pivotal testing phase for an alpha software pivotal to progression in my field. This may be a special circumstance but it is the only complaint I have thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How we don't know why some emails don't go through ! wish there was a better way to track or add AI to the logic of blocking and tackling good vs bad guys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review all products in market and choose the one that fits most. None of the products fit all the use cases. However if you take the time to educate about your current state and needs it would be easier in accessing the right product that helps your organization implement the best Main Routing Agent for years ahead protecting all your end users. What problems is Proofpoint Sendmail Open Source solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to see close to zero phishing emails and even if something shows up, our teams have ability to respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
