While deploying ProofPoint Email security Solution on customer sites, I found it best-of-class email security. It has a robust and fantastic APT, Spear Phishing attack detection algorithm. Several fine-tuning features and, above all easy & attractive dashboard for security admins.

During PoCs and deployment, I was impressed by the malicious email detection rate of this solution. Its sandboxing is one the best if compared to any general-purpose sandbox solutions available in the market. During deployment of the ProofPoint email security on customer sites, it was amazing to me that the successful detection rate of malicious emails was practically 99.9 %. Proofpoint Enterprise helps anyone to set custom policies, you can even stop a password protected Zip file from entering your environment.

Other email security solutions has very less to offer. W.r.t Proofpoint, it has TAP(Targeted attack protection, in this module one can also find embedded forensics), TRAP(Threat Response, so you can autopull the malicious emails) and the Proofpoint Admin Center to manage Proofpoint.
