What do you like best about Proofpoint Cloud App Security Broker?

My favorite ability is the O365 DLP functions. It provides metrics on all O365 files and their share status. This allowed us to remediate 'publicly available' files that we were not aware of very quickly. Additionally, we were able to create rules to automatically remediate future instances, too. What do you dislike about Proofpoint Cloud App Security Broker?

The initial config was a bit cumbersome due to not having log ingestion configs for Cisco Firepower. We worked with Proofpoint Professional Services and was able to resolve the issue in a fairly quick manner. I would not expect these types of issues for common/popular solutions. What do you like best about Proofpoint Cloud App Security Broker?

I like many features of Proofpoint CASB, AzureAD integration is quite easy and it has a Splunk TA that will help organizations that are looking for this implementation. It's also easier to look at sign ins information than use Azure AD portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Cloud App Security Broker?

The Zscaler integration could be a little easier. It would be better if Proofpoint could deliver a virtual appliance intead having to provision a linux server and install the integration app on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CASB is a must have for organizations that takes Cloud Security seriously. You can't rely on Office 365 and AzureAD alerts without having some form of intelygency checking all apps and signins behind the scenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Proofpoint has been significantly easier to use and more effective than competing product we had tried to use. Night and day effectiveness in just 2 months after we implemented. Also, implementation was very fast and straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that it catches emails that may be spam or phishing emails. It is also very easy to release an email that I need to access. No crazy hoops to jump through to get the needed emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Based on the way it's used at my company, there isn't anything I dislike per-say. On occasion it seems it may cause emails to be delayed but nothing that has caused concern or disrupted productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
