Prokure Reviews & Product Details

Prokure helps Canadian government suppliers find relevant tender opportunities faster, with less time spent searching procurement portals and reviewing unsuitable bids. It is purpose-built for resellers and distributors of tactical, protective, and operational equipment. Prok, Prokure's agent, monitors hundreds of Canadian procurement portals and analyzes thousands of opportunities each day. It matches opportunities to your business and emails you relevant opportunities with clear reasoning about why they may be a fit, helping you decide which ones deserve a closer look. Prok considers more than just keywords. Your catalogue, OEM channels, certifications, past wins, and more are considered when finding and ranking matches. You can reply directly to those emails with feedback about what fits, what doesn’t, and why. Prok uses that feedback to refine future recommendations as it learns more about your products, capabilities, and preferences. Your business information is private, encrypted, and stored in Canada. We never use it to train AI models or share it with other customers. AI processing uses US-based providers under terms that prohibit model training on your data, and a mutual NDA protects what you share with us. By bringing opportunity discovery and initial qualification into your inbox, Prokure helps your team spend less time searching and more time evaluating and pursuing suitable contracts, without requiring you to radically change how you work today.
