I've used a lot of PM tools in the past and ProjectBIOS.com has even the little details that I wish were in previous tools I used. For instance, the risk register chart is something you don't see in a lot of PM tools but ProjectBIOS has it. They keep in mind what every project manager would be using or would need for their project. **What do you dislike about ProjectBIOS.com?** No downsides that I have seen so far with the site. Everything is pretty straightforward to use. **What problems is ProjectBIOS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProjectBIOS.com helps me create a plan quickly for whatever project i'm working on. Especially for someone like me, i'm constantly working on multiple projects at a time so having something like ProjectBIOS to keep me and my team in check has already saved us so much time in the planning process of our projects. ### 2. I in particular liked the ability to add assumptions for the project - High quality rollup reporting. It is very easy to layer projects together and the filtering is extensive. **What do you dislike about ProjectBIOS.com?** - For the user reporting I would like to see the ability to assign a value(like hours) for the task, since not all tasks share the same workload. It's not as helpful to just see the number of tasks assigned to a person. Asana does a good job of this if you would like an example -Piggybacking off of above, I would like the hours value to reflect in the progress bar. - Adding a progress bar at the top level for the projects, program, or portfolio. I see this as a simple completed hours/tasks versus total hours/tasks. - I noticed that there is some logic that automically puts certain tasks at risk which is neat. I would love to also see a popup modal that notified the user of this issue. -For dependencies, it would be helpful to see both what the task is blocking and what is blocking the task. **What problems is ProjectBIOS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProjectBIOS.com aims to help teams collaborate better and demystify project ambiguity. ### 3. Adding projects, departments, and team members was easy and it was setup in no time. Visual representation via graphs look great and quickly show the number of projects in various statuses. Sorting and Filtering is easy and you can get to the data you need right away. Overall, I feel ProjectBIOS.com is a strong offering and would be a good choice for any business. **What do you dislike about ProjectBIOS.com?** I would love to see an agile board added in addition to what is currently there. While projects are easy to filter and sort to present to leadership, having a separate agile board would be helpful for manager type roles dealing with the fine details. Additionally, some simple tooltips may be beneficial to newer users and help learn the system quicker. Some of the icons used were not immediately recognizable as to what is being done.
