Overall, their tool set allows us to build features for our applications that provides elegance and consistency in terms of visual aspect and functionality. I have used Telerik tools since they started. I have always found the presentation is excellent and it is very flexible. I have used it in almost every language that they have the UI available for.

It was an excellent product when it came out and it still is. I like the way it looks and the extensibilty.

I don't like the fact that they make you pay for the theme builder separately. It was a useful tool that helped you make the controls your own. Now I spend a lot of time in the developer tools of the browser looking up CSS classes and overriding them so I can make it look the way I want. It's a value add and should be provided if you are a paying user.
