Prognexis Reviews & Product Details

Prognexis is an industrial Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) platform designed to unify condition monitoring, Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prognostics, energy intelligence, and operational control across critical asset fleets. It supports a wide range of assets, including medium-voltage (MV) switchgear, compressors, chillers, transformers, boilers, and utility systems, serving industries across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Key Features and Functionality: - Unified Condition & Control (UCC): Integrates condition monitoring with operational control, providing a comprehensive view of asset health and performance. - Digital Twin Registry: Maintains live digital twins for each asset, incorporating nameplate data, operating history, and real-time sensor information. - Weibull/RUL Engine: Offers probabilistic predictions of an asset's remaining useful life, complete with confidence intervals and adjustments based on operating conditions. - Mahalanobis Anomaly Detection: Utilizes multivariate analysis to detect deviations from normal operating conditions, identifying potential failures well in advance. - Cost Intelligence Engine: Calculates real-time operational costs per asset, considering factors like tariff structures, fuel expenses, and maintenance costs. - Optimization Engine: Enhances energy efficiency through strategies such as compressor sequencing and chiller load optimization. - ESG/CO₂ Tracker: Monitors Scope 1 and 2 emissions at the asset level, aggregating data for comprehensive environmental, social, and governance reporting. Primary Value and Problem Solved: Prognexis addresses the challenges of unplanned downtime and inefficient maintenance practices by enabling a shift from reactive to predictive maintenance strategies. By providing real-time insights into asset health, operational costs, and energy consumption, it empowers organizations to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce operational expenses, and enhance overall asset reliability. The platform's adherence to international standards like ISO 13374 and ISO 13381-1 ensures compliance and facilitates seamless integration into existing industrial ecosystems.
