What do you like best about ProdCamp?

Our customers have been asking for a changelog, a list of in progress features, and a way to request and vote for new features. Not only does it do all that, but it also provides the ability to secure all that information behind their super simple and sleek SSO ability. Oh, and did I mention they integrate with JIRA and Slack, have NPS capabilities, and so much more! Their documentation and tech support are very detailed yet easy to understand. And best of all, their response times via their chat widget is extremely quick -- and they work closely with their users to ensure all issues are addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdCamp?

While the software could theoretically replace most of the capabilities of JIRA, the speed speed for loading some pages can use some work. Otherwise, the software is in many ways perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProdCamp?

I recently had the opportunity to try Prodcamp, a software that has greatly facilitated our customer care team's process of collecting and processing customer feedback. I am delighted with its functionality and the results it has allowed us to achieve.

Prodcamp has a user-friendly interface. Its intuitive and ergonomic design allowed us to familiarize ourselves with its features quickly

The best feature is its ability to centralize all customer feedback information. It enables us to consolidate customer comments and requests from various sources.

What do you like best about ProdCamp?

Very easy to use to track new feature requests and associate them with customer feedback. Also allows existing users to vote on features submitted by others. A few minor things that need improvement, but generally it works flawlessly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdCamp?

Some kinks to work on, such as email forwarding is glitchy (doesn't support dashes in customer emails). The search function needs work too because it doesn't search on partial words in features and other areas, which makes it a bit difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
