**What do you like best about ProdCamp?**

Our customers have been asking for a changelog, a list of in progress features, and a way to request and vote for new features. Not only does it do all that, but it also provides the ability to secure all that information behind their super simple and sleek SSO ability. Oh, and did I mention they integrate with JIRA and Slack, have NPS capabilities, and so much more! Their documentation and tech support are very detailed yet easy to understand. And best of all, their response times via their chat widget is extremely quick -- and they work closely with their users to ensure all issues are addressed.

**What do you dislike about ProdCamp?**

While the software could theoretically replace most of the capabilities of JIRA, the speed speed for loading some pages can use some work. Otherwise, the software is in many ways perfect!

**What problems is ProdCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product seamlessly integrates into our development process, enhancing communication with our clients about our project timelines. Moreover, it empowers our customers by allowing them to directly influence future developments through feature requests and voting, ensuring our roadmap aligns closely with their needs.

**What do you like best about ProdCamp?**

I recently had the opportunity to try Prodcamp, a software that has greatly facilitated our customer care team's process of collecting and processing customer feedback. I am delighted with its functionality and the results it has allowed us to achieve.
Prodcamp has a user-friendly interface. Its intuitive and ergonomic design allowed us to familiarize ourselves with its features quickly

The best feature is its ability to centralize all customer feedback information. It enables us to consolidate customer comments and requests from various sources.

I want to highlight how Prodcamp dramatically facilitates the daily prioritization of product improvements. It makes it easier for our team to identify the most impactful areas for enhancement.

**What do you dislike about ProdCamp?**

Nothing at the moment, but we know that the Prodcamp team will be able to listen and react if necessary!

I using ProdCamp already for 4 years and I had no issues with it at all, the product is also continously developed and new features are added.

Im not sure, what can I say, it just do the job and I can't see any downsides.

My experience with ProdCamp's customer support has been nothing short of exceptional. Their team is consistently prompt and responsive, demonstrating an admirable capacity for swiftly addressing any issues I encounter - even when the error is on my end. As an emerging company, they possess the unique agility to implement crucial changes in a timely manner. 

After evaluating a variety of feedback management platforms, we chose ProdCamp. Their standout characteristic is their unmatched willingness and ability to actively listen to their clients and swiftly act upon their feedback. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Our experience with ProdCamp has been overwhelmingly positive, with only a few minor glitches and feature requests on our end. We appreciate the swift, efficient manner in which they've addressed these issues, reinforcing our trust in their service commitment.

2. The excellent support: reactive and accurate

Some behaviours does not seem totally logical or intuitive

**What problems is ProdCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a tool to manage feedback, expose my roadmap and help me prioritize features, and it does the job for all of them. I couldn't find another tool doing that much with this price tag.

It's simple but also affordable pricing.
It's a good product to start your product management team with without bringing in too many details.

**What do you dislike about ProdCamp?**

As this is a relatively new product, there are a lot to improve.
In our perspective, the features that they have are enough for now.
It would help with easy navigation in switching from public and private.

Centralizing our feedback database and being able to prioritize them as well so we are aligned internally and externally with our customers.

Roadmap page is a bit simple. I want a really stunning UI for my clients

**What do you like best about ProdCamp?**

As a Product Manager at Wizishop my #1 mission was to find a solution focused on collecting feedback and managing our feature backlog. After reviewing a few competitors looking for a solution that could answer all our needs we were really excited to find Prodcamp.

I can only recommend this tool because it provided us all we needed!

**What do you like best about ProdCamp?**

Very easy to use to track new feature requests and associate them with customer feedback. Also allows existing users to vote on features submitted by others. A few minor things that need improvement, but generally it works flawlessly!

**What do you dislike about ProdCamp?**

Some kinks to work on, such as email forwarding is glitchy (doesn't support dashes in customer emails). The search function needs work too because it doesn't search on partial words in features and other areas, which makes it a bit difficult to use.

**What problems is ProdCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prioritize feature development based on the actual customer needs instead of guessing what is important. We ditched Excel spreadsheets for feature tracking and made our product management process very organizeded.

Prodcamp helped us a lot in defining our roadmap and the user feedback we got really opened our eyes. We had in same parts chosen a wrong direction without that feedback

Backend is sometimes a bit tedious, but overall it is ok

Features that do not fit within the three pillars can only be found under Feedback and as a result most people miss them completely

The team knows what they do and how to do it. They work closely with their clients, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product; improvements are delivered weekly.

The product is not ideal, and there are plenty of not-good-enough interface solutions, but it doesn't affect work with the product overall.

**What do you like best about ProdCamp?**

What I like best about ProdCamp vs its many competitors is the focus on one of the biggest product management requirements: namely how to best prioritize what needs to be done.

That, and the fact their roadmap promises many integrations.

**What do you dislike about ProdCamp?**

Some features are still not clear, so I have to spend more time looking into their Knowledge Base than I would hope for.

**What problems is ProdCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ProdCamp to communicate my product releases while working on prioritizing them instead of context-switching between Azure DevOps and a weekly newsletter.

Ease of use, product features and navigation.UX is well written and makes it easy to navigate and set priorities within the roadmap.

CRM extension does not include my preferred CRM.

No problems, it is helping us identify problem-driven apps and resolve them.
