Not only does it do all that, but it also provides the ability to secure all that information behind their super simple and sleek SSO ability. Oh, and did I mention they integrate with JIRA and Slack, have NPS capabilities, and so much more! Their documentation and tech support are very detailed yet easy to understand. Some kinks to work on, such as email forwarding is glitchy (doesn't support dashes in customer emails). The search function needs work too because it doesn't search on partial words in features and other areas, which makes it a bit difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
