I use Procurify to make all my company purchases for my campus. I like that it's easy to use. I'm able to look up items at a moment's glance, and it keeps a record of everything for me. I when was the last time I processed a payment. It's easy to use, I easy to verify and look up using the vendor's name. I'm able to close orders once things are received, and I like that. All the records are kept efficiently for me, so I can look over them once I'm done with the month's purchases. I just need my receipts reconciled, and all orders are kept track of. I've never needed to ask for support after being trained on the company codes since the software explains everything very well after onboarding, and also runs well when using the CSV order filling format for our larger, repetitive orders, preventing us from having to put each item in manually. Sometimes the software drops the account code when importing from trusted suppliers like McMaster-Carr or Amazon, meaning I have to fill it out twice. I also dislike that there is no way to blanket-apply account codes outside of the individual items, as it's often that not every item needs it's own code and more that the whole order fits within a general labelling structure. It’s also easy to duplicate orders, which can cause reporting information to become less accurate.
