I won't have to constantly adjust the prices of my properties, and ever since I joined, I've realized I've been underpricing them. An excellent market value eye-opener. The statistics, such as the occupancy rates, are excellent. A wonderful tool overall for the holiday rentals I oversee. **What do you dislike about PriceLab?** The synching pricing mode is the only one I ever use, and it seems overly intricate and convoluted at times, but I'm sure that if it were simplified, I'd be interested in exploring the other capabilities it provides. **What problems is PriceLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** The baiscs can be easily implemented in Pricelabs, and the results are seen almost immediately. There is no denying the quality and fairness of the assistance provided. Webinars are regularly held to provide in-depth explanations of the features. To improve financial outcomes, I advocate using pricelabs. It is mighty, and its global availability is second to none. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. **What do you dislike about PriceLab?** Updates are the only thing I dislike about it; they regularly send updates which can sometimes annoy you but other than that, everything about price lab is fantastic. **What problems is PriceLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can rent your building very easily, you dont have to pay alot to advertise, you just post and find a good match. It is confusing when you try to explore anything beyond price syncing according to demand. Improvements can be done in that respect. This lead my team to make some mistakes becuse we interperted things correctly and required assistance to understand where we went wrong. **What problems is PriceLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using this tool to simply and efficiently try to track down our revenue input and expenses. We were tyring to use the tool to determine where we have peaks and lows so we can be innovative and find solutions for those time periods to support our business. ### 7.
