Customer support has been top notch in aligning product images and the features that are released keep making the platform better seemingly each time I login. **What do you dislike about Prezent?** I don't think there is anything I dislike. The AI integration works well for prompting the generator who I am speaking to and what I want to present to them, catering the slide content and design from there. **What problems is Prezent solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me in particular, our branding alignment was poor when seeing multiple users implement older or out-of-spec powerpoint presentation designs. Ease of Use: user-friendly, really easy to learn the onboarding process and introduction. And the UI is clean and simple enough. I like the Tutorials mostly, it's a quick way that I can learn about Prezent. I can auto generate the professional slides as quickly and high-efficiently based on the text I provided. 2. Ease of implementation: Prezent offered a lot of high-quality slides templates and also provides several customization optiones 3. I like the collaboration features mostly, I can work with my team together on a slides in real-time way 4. Ease of integration: Prezent supports the feature to integrate with other tools, I can upload my personal files to auto generate the slides. **What do you dislike about Prezent?** There's some learning curves, some features like fingerprints. I am a little confused about the fingerprints. What is the purpose of fingerprints and how to use it in a efficient way? How can I ensure the files I upload is safe? Does prezent provide AI customer support something like copliot that I can ask question about Prezent? I have sevral questions about how to use Prezent, but I can't find a AI agent to ask questions and I don't want to bother the human customer support as it's not an issue. I am not sure how expensive of Prezent since I used the business plan. That will be great if Prezent provide free trial so I can try it on my personal slides creating :) **What problems is Prezent solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Prezent to create software project presentations. The Prezent client success team is responsive, helpful, and always looking for an opportunity to better serve us. Prezent was easy to integrate. All our organization needed to do was provide our boilerplate slide template and the Prezent team did the heavy lifting to incorporate it into the platform, yielding thousands of presentation-ready slides in our brand style. Prezent has a great feature set, well-aligned to business storytelling best practices. The onboard training is also useful in helping team members shift their thinking to make the best use of the tool. **What do you dislike about Prezent?** My complaints about my team's experience with Prezent aren't Prezent's shortcomings, they're our teams shortcomings. Getting the most out of Prezent requires a change in thinking — in my organization it's a fairly deep change in cultural approach. Many team members still have the deeply-ingrained habit of mining old decks for slides, then cobbling them together to create new presentations. This deeply inefficienct way of working is exactly what Prezent aims to improve. I underestimated how deeply my team's old content creation habits were ingrained. It has taken more effort than I realized to move the team from asking themselves "what old slides can I reuse" and instead think about presentations from a business storytelling perspective — "what story am I trying to tell and what kinds of slides (and in what order) best tell that story?" Consequently, the adoption curve hasn't been what I had hoped. I intend to invest more deeply in training on powering our business storytelling practices with Prezent to improve frequency and depth of use. **What problems is Prezent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team members, especially team members who don't have a background in information design, spend far too much time wrestling with PowerPoint, Prezent is intended to simplify the process of selecting and designing slide templates so people don't need to know how to lay out information in a clear, aesthetic way and can, instead, focus on business storytelling. ### 43.
