We were able to track down a tablet that was accidentally left at an airport. It really helps with our travelling sales team to be able to find lost items. I like that Prey simply works. Simple little install and then I can see all my devices in the dashboard. None of the long installers with a bunch of questions. We have about 30 company laptops that get loaned out to the team and there was a time when someone left the company and took the laptop with them. Unfortunately even with an agreement in place, the company did not want to spend additional time and money to recover the laptop. The most likely is the easy of use, with automated installers, but above all, the fantastic after sales contact. A human team involved to solve a little issue who has been contacting me daily to help and finally resolve the problem. Also the commercial dept has adapted its rates to our company users. The best feature is the ability to "factory reset" a Windows PC. I have never been able to initiate the process for a client remotely before finding Prey.
