Presently Reviews & Product Details

Presently is a bilingual English–Spanish AI intake service for small law firms. When the firm can't pick up, after hours, on weekends or when the intake team is busy, Presently answers in the firm's name, tells the caller it is the firm's AI intake assistant, and runs the full new-client intake in English or Spanish: what happened, when, injuries or charges, insurance, and contact details. The attorney receives a written summary and full transcript by email within minutes, with urgent calls flagged. The caller receives an automatic confirmation call. Calls include the required disclosures: AI assistant, no attorney-client relationship, recording, and a 911 instruction. Built for personal injury, immigration, family, criminal defense and employment firms. Every firm is set up personally by the founder. Pricing: $799 a month plus $499 setup, or $8,150 a year with no setup fee. 30-day pilot: start now, first charge on day 31, cancel by day 28 and owe nothing. Hear it live: (518) 722-2552.
