Love the way Prepr enables us to build a new website very fast, with personalisation and A/B testing included. What impresses me most is the development of the product. In the first assessment we did, Prepr wasn't among our first choices because it lacked some functionality we'd love to see, but only six months later we did a new assessment and were surprised to find out Prepr had added that functionality (and more!) to their product. We also like the feedback we receive to our questions: the Prepr staff is always helpful and fast in their replies. Prepr offers a modern platform for managing a headless CMS. The thing which made our sales and marketing team choose for Prepr is mainly the A/B testing feature and dynamic personalized content options. During development Prepr offered nice support on the questions our development team had and they were also flexible in helping out on some not so standard requests. Prepr is user friendly and developer friendly. Their documentation is easy to read and the users (content editors) love it. For development there were some items that needed improvement. Prepr is constantly evolving. During the time we’ve been working with Prepr, numerous updates and improvements have been implemented. What sets them apart is their willingness to engage in meaningful conversations with us and their clients, genuinely listening to feedback and suggestions.

Communication with Prepr is seamless. They respond promptly, and the added benefit of being able to communicate in Dutch is a significant advantage—not only for us but also for our Dutch clients.

Currently, Prepr does not yet support the ability to display conditional fields based on previous input. In some situations, this means that unnecessary fields may need to be shown in the CMS, which can negatively impact the user experience.

Compared to other CMS platforms, Prepr's GUI can feel less intuitive and harder to navigate, especially for new users. It takes some time to get used to the structure and workflow.
