**What do you like best about preezie?**

We were in the marketing for an alternative quiz tool for the website when we found out about Prezzie. We reached out to the team and they were super helpful in explaining the product and came up with a competitive price for our requirement. The turnaround for the quizzes was super fast and the team guided us along the way, even going out of the way to help out when we wanted something out of their scope.

The Dashboard is easy to use and the implementation is super quick, they have an easy integration with Shopify which was even better. Would recommend anyone, who is in the market for a great marketing tool.

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

We have not had any downside of using prezzie, but we will see how it goes.

Preezie is helping our customers make a great decision on finding the right product with a series of short questions. This helps our new customers find the right product when they are really new and have no idea on what they would need to get.

**What do you like best about preezie?**

Over the past 2.5 years, our journey with Preezie has been nothing short of remarkable. As a partner, Preezie has consistently exceeded our expectations, demonstrating their commitment to excellence.

From the outset, Preezie made the onboarding process seamless. Their patience during our multiple A/B tests was invaluable as we sought to optimize Preezie’s integration with our customer base. This thorough testing phase spanned nine months, yet at no point did we feel pressured to commit to a long-term contract.

Preezie’s responsiveness and flexibility in accommodating our implementation requests have been commendable. Their software solutions have not only streamlined our operations but have also significantly improved critical financial metrics, including Customer Value (CV) and Revenue per Visitor (RPV).

Great support from the team regarding tech or account questions. It's great to see the results come through the dashboard with minimal set-up on our end.

Only downfall is not being able to run multiple offers at the time and A/B test - but I'm sure this will come in time!

**What do you like best about preezie?**

The automated reports that are sent at the end of each week are great. When never have to chase the data and results its always available. 
The support team are incredible and super efficient, making requested changes when implementing.

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

No downsides that we have experienced so far.

Brand awareness. By having our brand showed at the checkout of brands that have similar shoppers, its been great to identifiy our similar targeted audiences.

**What do you like best about preezie?**

Preezie provides a guided customer experience for ecommerce - just like the shop floor. What initially peaked my interest was the opportunity to bring the shop floor/sale assistant experience of asking great customer lead questions on to the ecommerce platform
. 
Not only does Preezie add to the customer experience on the High Tees website but it also provides valuable insights for us to see what customers are looking for and for whom they are shopping. 

Preezie's customer service and support is second to none. At all stages of the onboarding process to ongoing support, they have been F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they have held my very non technical hand through it all. They have also been a very supportive partner for High Tees while we navigate this very turbulant time of in and out of lockdowns. I am so apprecative of their ongoing understanding and willingness to continually find solutions for High Tees. 

We have been able to experiment a little with Preezie and I have been excited by some of their suggestions to test the software. Together we tried a personalilty quiz, giving our customers a gamified experience to their shopping pathway while giving us great insights. 

We have also been able to adapt and change the function of the quizzes depending on the need of High Tees at the time. Right now we are focusing on building our database and therefore have used the Preezie software to capture emails while still providing our customers with guided suggestons for their purchase. 

I would highly recomend.

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

As a very small business, the ROI for Preezie is yet to be fully realised just yet due to the small numbers of traffic, but the potential for growth is huge. I fully appreciate how the software would be beneficial for brands with a large number of products or products that require a series of decisions to be made to purchase. 

The results for High Tees have not been at the level we were forecasting while using the Platform. We still see small numbers of customers clicking through from the quiz results. We can see that further development and assessment of the quiz format will aid in growing better click through and conversions for customers. 

I believe as Preezie grows there is scope for a small business package which is tailored to the needs of start ups and small business. While this is not a dislike as such and our experence is been completely tailored to our needs, there will be scope for Preezie as their grow to segment their offerings to fit all sizes of business.

**What do you like best about preezie?**

We were able to apply our industry knowledge and experience to the logic that drives the preezie software. The tool is highly intuitive in its ability to harness our product knowledge and use it to help users navigate our range. In less than 30 seconds a customer can now see the exact product suited to their needs. 

Shoppers that use the tool are over 3x more likely to make a purchase than those that don’t. Results like that speak for themselves!

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

Nothing specifically. The back end isn't as user-friendly as other software we use but I know they are developing this for 2021 which will make the platform pretty perfect for our needs.

**What problems is preezie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

preezie has contributed to a noticeable increase in revenue with over 500x ROI. The team are committed to ensuring that we receive every last bit of value out of the software through regular optimisation sessions with our dedicated Client Success Account Manager. 

We have seen a noticeable impact on our baseline conversion rate since implementing preezie. Not only are we able to offer an on-page resource with our Homepage Selector and dedicated Product Finder pages, we have been able to re-engage exiting users with preezie’s targeted Exit Intents.

Over 50% of our preezie revenue comes through our Exit Intents. Users that were leaving the site because they couldn’t find what they were looking for using standard navigation are now shown our preezie workflows at the point of leaving. This is revenue that we may have missed out on had it not been for the tool! A remarkable feature that we would not be without.

**What do you like best about preezie?**

It is such a simple process to set up and optimise based on the metrics we see in the UI. The process has made a great impact to delivering results and highlighted with data what direction we should take next.

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

Understanding revenue data at order ID level within reports section. It would be great to also have tutorial documentation in the UI so that if other users in our company wish to be added the resources are readily avaialble.

**Recommendations to others considering preezie:**

It is the best value product we have found for our requirements and has as really simple set up in terms of onboarding and action. A near faultless tool that has the ability to delivery further sucess.

Supporting users with the best product for them in order to increase product purchase. The ability to take the customer on a more bespoke journey through our site so that when they are going through the purchase funnel we have a greater probability for there return.

**What do you like best about preezie?**

Preezie helps narrow down the product choice for our customers from thousands of products down to a small selection, making the purchasing decision much easier for them.

In turn, this has led to an overall increase in our conversion rate with customers using the Preezie product finder widgets converting at a much higher rate than those who don't. This makes Preezie a must-have for any e-commerce website with a big range of products and looking to improve the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

The process of setting up new product finder workflows can be a bit involved and time-intensive. However, the Preezie team do all of the heavy lifting to set these up on our behalf and they provided plenty of advice and insight to ensure that the workflows are set up to deliver a high performance for us and a great experience for our customers.

**Recommendations to others considering preezie:**

Adding Preezie to an e-commerce website that has a large product selection really is a no-brainer in my opinion.  It's a win for customers and a win for the business. The Preezie team are very responsive, helpful and provide great advice when it comes to increasing the performance of their system.

**What problems is preezie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quite a few of our key categories have hundreds of products in them. If a customer isn't sure of the exact product they need, they can be overcome by decision paralysis due to the overwhelming choice and abandon their purchase.
The biggest benefit of Preezie is leading customers through a series of questions via a user-friendly interface to help narrow down their decision and present them with a small selection of products most likely able to meet their needs.

Preezie has allowed us to replicate our instore experience online. Guiding our customers to what they are looking for is essential to avoid the dreaded decision paralysis. As our business is scaling, our product offering is increasing. Preezie allows an interactive and friendly approach to product discovery.

Absolutely not a dislike, but simplifying the back end in terms of rules and parameters being drop down selected, rather than ||, "" etc will help allow business to delegate maintenance to more junior staff.

**Recommendations to others considering preezie:**

Preezie is a powerful conversion driving tool on your website - strong creative is important, this is at the full control of the user. It's not set and forget, you do need to consistently test and learn to keep driving that conversion rate north. It's worth every cent.

Solves friction involved in cutting out the noise, just to see exactly they styles of interest. We have seen a significant increase in conversion rate (more than double for customers who interact with the Preezie question widget).

Sometimes tough to get together with the Preezie folks considering they are in Australia and we are on Eastern Time in the States.

It's a great way to have a virtual customer service / sales associate for your online customers.

The Preezie workflow has helped us create a virtual consultant to help them find the product that works best for them without searching the whole website to find it. The workflow has resulted in shoppers becoming buyers.

I love that the system is easy to use and delivers on its promises. 
We were able to offload all of the discovery problems we had to preezie. This was excellent as the number of inquiries we would get was at peak seasons unmanageable.  the preezie partnership has improved many elements of our site's user experience & improved the product discovery process.

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

There is little to dislike about the system as the onboarding process was seamless. The team was able to adapt to my system without a problem. The follow-up customer success sessions were extremely helpful in optimising the integration on my platform.

**Recommendations to others considering preezie:**

I would recommend taking the advice of the onboarding team as they made some changes regarding the psychology of the end-users. Each optimisation we made had made a difference, there is a lot of testing and learning in the process. I could not be happier with the current results as the system is performing even better every time we make changes according to the data. 
The support from the preezie team is uncompromising, my customer success consultant seems to work 24 hours a day!

My business was receiving far too many inquiries that were too difficult to respond to in a timely manner, this led to a loss of review. preezie helps by giving both our clients clarity and it gives us the data we needed to improve the overall user experience.

Preezie is 100% customer focused. Everything they do is for us, the customer and ensuring that they are adding value to our business.

The software is complicated to use and there is a steep learning curve in the beginning. However, Preezie can handle all of the software setup themselves if needed AND they are actively working to make it easier for customers to configure settings.

Preezie is super easy to integrate and use. As soon as it was live and running we were seeing higher engagement and increased conversions from our customers. Overall we have seen a increase in revenue by over 20% from our website. The team also provide monthly scheduled in and dedicated success meetings which have been a godsend for our growth.

Nothing, the service and product are great.

**What do you like best about preezie?**

We have migrated from a competitor who did not have a direct integration into our Shopify catalogue so that has been a big win for us. We also have multiple stores with a variety of languages and currencies and to be able to roll the product finders out across all our stores has been very easy in comparison to the competitor we used.
Also, the customer service I have received from Lauren, Michael and Luke has been second to none.

**What do you dislike about preezie?**

Preezie's backend isn't the easiest to use from someone who isn't very techy. But they have told me that is being worked on.

**What problems is preezie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We already used one of their competitors and saw that product finders/quizzes were a big benefit to us in terms of revenue and also assisting the customer as we have a large multibrand catalogue. Unfortunately the tool we used, wasn't quick or easy to set up due them not having a direct integration with the shopify catalogue. After only launching recently, we're seeing a stronger performance than that of the previous tool.

The management of the widget is not user friendly enough, a little complicated and need to learn.

Improve the conversion of our downlight category by helping customers to find their downlights. 
The conversion looks flat before and after using the widget, so need to optimize it a little.
