What do you like best about Precoro?

From my accounting perspective as a Senior Accountant, the Precoro system simplifies procurement for my team by automating purchase approvals and budget tracking, which helps ensure compliance and maintain financial control. What do you like best about Precoro?

Precoro is very clear and easy to use. I like that I can upload files without any hassle, and it keeps everything well organized in one place. It’s also simple to search for previous purchases whenever I need to go back and check the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

A few functions feel a bit wonky, although I’m not sure whether that’s Precoro itself or something about my workplace settings. For example, if you need to divide a cost amongst two or more budget codes, it doesn’t seem like that can be done. Functionality is easy to understand and learn, highly customizable interface, excellent customer service, willingness to collaborate and improve/adjust performance of system, pricing is highly competitive per the amount of functionality and support received. What do you dislike about Precoro?

Integrations with Netsuite specifically have been tricky to nail down in terms of which aspects communicate to what areas, and what controls flow from what direction (though I think this is more a settings/knowledge issue on our end). What do you like best about Precoro?

Honestly, the thing that stands out the most for me is how much easier it's made our whole procurement process. Before Precoro, we were dealing with a lot of back-and-forth over email and manual approvals which was just a mess. Now everything is in one place — purchase orders, approvals, budget tracking — and it actually makes sense.

The approval workflows are probably my favorite feature. You can customize them to fit how your team actually operates, which I didn't expect to be as flexible as it is. And the interface isn't overwhelming, which matters when you're trying to get the rest of your team on board without spending weeks on training.

Customer support has also been solid whenever we've run into questions. Overall, it just feels like a tool built by people who actually understand procurement pain points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

No tool is perfect and Precoro is no exception. The reporting side of things feels a bit limited at times — I've found myself wanting more flexibility in how I can slice and filter data without having to export everything to Excel first.

Also the mobile experience could use some work. It gets the job done if you need to approve something quickly on the go, but it doesn't feel as smooth as the desktop version.

There's also a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up integrations with other software we use. It's doable but I did wish the documentation was a little more detailed in some areas.

None of these are dealbreakers honestly, and some of it might just be us needing to dig deeper into the settings — but those are the areas where I think there's room to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Precoro?

I like that Precoro is easy to navigate. A lot of the drop-downs and the information that we have to fill out are easy to get through. Even if someone has never used Precoro before, they could probably navigate it with just self-guidance by going step by step. Also, the initial setup of Precoro was extremely easy. What do you dislike about Precoro?

Some things that could be improved with Precoro are the internal and external attachments. I feel like that should just be correlated into one file versus having to put different documents in internal attachments and then other attachments in external. Also, the line items when I am purchasing multiple items. I feel like it shouldn't be multiple line items. Like, it could just be compiled into one. For example, paying someone's rent for the month of June and July, I have to do two different line items for those two separate purchases when in all actuality. It's all going to one place. The best part about using Precoro in my company is how it allows us to manage expenses more thoroughly and transparently. It provides visibility for management and the Accounting department to track expenses based on who is requesting and approving them. What do you like best about Precoro?

I really appreciate how Precoro allows us to manage all purchasing functions in one centralized system. We no longer need Excel spreadsheets or manual processing, which has significantly streamlined our workflow.

Our Customer Service Manager, Anastasia, has been exceptional throughout this transition. She is extremely hands‑on and took the time to fully understand our existing processes so she could help us implement them effectively in Precoro. She is thorough, detail‑oriented, and consistently responds in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and completely. She provided comprehensive training materials and supported us through every step of the implementation.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

I wouldn’t say that I dislike anything about Precoro. It’s an excellent software platform that will significantly improve compliance, efficiency, and consistency across our purchasing processes. If anything, I do wish there were a bit more flexibility to customize certain header names to better align with each organization’s terminology.
