**What do you like best about PPLIO?**

It’s simple and easy to understand—nothing complicated. It quietly does its job and has helped us get a full 360-degree view from the employee perspective, which in turn has helped us increase our productivity significantly.

Overall, it feels much better than other products in this segment.

**What do you dislike about PPLIO?**

So far, I haven’t come across anything worth mentioning.

**What problems is PPLIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to capture a true picture of employee engagement, and we found it really hard to reflect their real performance in performance reviews and clearly identify areas for improvement. Now we don’t have to explain everything; it’s up to employees to improve on their own, because they have what they need.
