Not even access to the community forums etc and not even a login to their website. I called the support line, the agent continually interupted me midsentence and talked over me. The costs of the competition are astronomical, and this program does absolutely everything I need it to and more, and we don't have to pay either a giant one-time fee or a monthly fee to get it. It now integrates with a major document signature management system making my job even easier when preparing documents for clients. I can edit PDFs, create them, make notes on them, take measurements on plans. This was a significant cost-saving find, and we now have it on every computer in our office. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Power PDF?** It's not quite as visually appealing as its competition, and it does take a bit more time to figure out how everything works, but once you do the sky is the limit. My biggest complaint, however, is the lack of support. If I do have a question, I am just directed to a help directory that is seriously lacking. I don't know how to get ahold of a human being that knows the program and can tell me how to do what I need to do. I don't have the time to sift through 50 help articles that may or may not be up to date, so usually, I just move on. If for some reason the text is not recognized, I can click a button to make the pdf searchable via text recognition which is a very fast process. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Power PDF?** In my line of work, I often have to annotate pdf files to provide details of work perform as I am auditing transactions. Compared to Adobe Pro, there are a limited number of fonts available and various other annotation features are also limited. I think for the cost of the product compared to Adobe pro, it gets the job done, its just not always quite as aesthetically pleasing! **What problems is Tungsten Power PDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I receive certain secured pdf files, I am able to print and save as and the security feature is removed. This doesn't always work, however when it does it is extremely beneficial as I am able to add annotations to the pdf file and doesn't require me to print to hard copy and then scan the document. It is also extremely helpful that you can take the pdf file and print to other file types such as word files or excel files.
