PourIQ Reviews & Product Details

PourIQ is bar inventory software built by a working bar manager. It runs on the phone your staff already carry, on the web and as an iPhone app, with no scales or other hardware to buy. Count liquor with visual tenthing: tap where the liquid line sits on a bottle outline. Smart Count puts the items that matter most at the top of the list, several staff can count at once, and barcode scanning uses the phone's camera. Counts work offline in the walk-in and sync when the connection returns. Track by-the-glass wine pour by pour, and kegs by days on tap, yield and cost per pint. Upload the product-mix sales report from Toast, Square, Clover or any other POS, and variance reports show what went missing. Recipe costing shows the pour cost of every cocktail, and a menu engineering matrix shows which drinks earn and which don't. Par levels, restock alerts, purchase orders and an invoice scanner cover ordering and receiving. Owners with more than one bar see every store's latest counts on one page. Pricing: $75 per location per month with every feature and unlimited users. Groups of 2 to 9 locations pay $65 per location, and 10 or more get a custom quote. 30-day free trial, no setup fee, cancel anytime.
