I don't like how hard it is to get on the phone with our point of contact, especially when the matter is urgent. We've been waiting almost a week now and have only been told to submit a case, but for whatever reason none of us can log in to submit a case, but can log in to the actual tool.

Also, the analytics could be much better. I would like to be able to look at the numbers on the fly instead of having to download their report when being asked about specifics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
