portier Vision 5 manages mechanical master key systems for organisations that run complex locking plans. Your cylinders, keys and locking plan sit in one place, so you always know what exists and what opens what. Every key movement is recorded. Issue, return, transfer, loss, each handover provable across shifts, sites and staff changes. Issuing rules apply at the desk. Who gets which key, with whose approval, for how long. When an auditor asks who held the master key to the chemical store last March, the answer already exists. Vision 5 runs on-premise, on your own database and infrastructure. Multi-user client-server with role-based access, built for hospitals, universities, manufacturing plants and public-sector estates that keep control of their own data. Core capabilities - Locking plan control: cylinders, keys and their relationships in one model - Movement tracking: complete chain of custody, provable years later - Issuing rules: time-limited issuing, group eligibility, approval for sensitive keys - Multi-site depots with separate key carriers and consistent records - Ordering and supplier control from within the system - Building plan integration: CAD plans (AutoCAD, DXF, DWG) with cylinders linked to the drawing - Digital signatures at handover: signature pad or mobile via KeyOnTheGo - Records and reporting, with backup and recovery
