Portico Reviews & Product Details

Portico is client onboarding software for service businesses. It replaces the scattered emails, manual follow-ups, and disconnected tools that slow down new client intake. Create a multi-step onboarding workflow once. Add intake forms, document uploads, e-signatures, welcome messages, and payment steps. Send clients a single link. They complete everything in one sitting without creating an account. Who uses Portico: - Marketing and creative agencies onboarding new retainer clients - Accounting and bookkeeping firms collecting engagement letters and tax documents - Law firms running conflict checks and gathering client information - Business consultants and coaches setting up new engagements - Any service business that onboards three or more clients per month What sets Portico apart: Portico is built specifically for client onboarding, not adapted from a CRM or project management tool. Every feature exists to move a client from signed contract to ready to start work. The form builder supports 18 field types with conditional logic. Forms adapt based on client responses, so an accounting firm can use one workflow for individuals and businesses. Built-in e-signatures eliminate the need for a separate signing tool. Payment collection is included on paid plans. Automated reminders go out on a schedule you set through email and SMS. The progress dashboard shows every onboarding at a glance with completion percentages, overdue flags, and at-risk alerts. Clients see their own branded portal with status updates and submitted documents. For teams that need deeper integration, Portico includes a REST API, webhooks, and a Zapier connection. The Business plan adds white-label branding with custom domain support. Portico supports 9 languages and serves businesses in 46 countries. Pricing is flat-rate per organization, not per user or per client. Every plan includes unlimited team members.
