I started an educational YouTube channel, so if I mention to someone, "Oh, I have a video that shows you how to do that," I can have them scan my QR code to get access. It keeps things so natural in the conversation, and I didn't have to print or reprint business cards (and carry them around). **What do you dislike about Popl?** From my last review, I would like to clarify that I'm open to the idea of paying for Popl instead of paying for business card printing (plus the added convenience and peace of mind); however, the Popl app subscription is a good bit more than I would pay for business cards, though. **What problems is Popl solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve the problem of being in situation where you need business cards but didn't bring them (very common, and problematic when it happens). For example in my last review I mentioned how sometimes my highlighted bars would disappear for no reason and I would have to re-create them or reach out to POPL customer service to fix the issue. **What do you dislike about Popl?** I can see that POPL is restructuring towards enterprise and focusing on CRM connections, etc, which is cool, but I would recommend keeping the advanced stuff separate for individuals that may not be interested in that. As a PR professional and contractor, my details change often, and Popl’s design and layout make it simple to swap information in and out quickly depending on the situation. I can easily tailor my title, portfolio links, social media details, and contact info, whereas with other options I’m more limited. I also appreciate that I’m not forced to pay for every feature right away. Some platforms require full payment upfront before you can really use them, but Popl lets users start with the entry-level tier and then move into the pro plans without feeling pressured. The app works well and is available when I need it. It doesn't take long to load and already there have been multiple instances where I was able to share information with others quickly without fiddling around trying to pull it up. It was there when I needed it and worked very well as an app. It's integration with other apps and being able to share your contact card is very helpful and allows me to share info with my audiences on how they can best reach me regarding business matters. **What do you dislike about Popl?** The lockscreen widget being defaulted to the "On" setting was initially annoying to me as it was distracting having that constantly on my lockscreen and dynamic island. While I appreciate having this feature included in the app and available to me without a subscription, I think it being on as a default is more distracting initially than if users were guided to turning it on and trying it out first to see if they like it. The QR code provides easy access, which is fantastic. I use it to connect to my payment screens, and it's great because I don't have to fiddle with multiple apps as it's all in one spot. **What do you dislike about Popl?** I wish it was a little easier laid out in simple categories. I need toddler terms, like click here to add link or click here to change name, etc. Also, I had to get assistance from a friend during setup. This feature has really helped me reach more people because not having to download additional apps makes sense to a lot of them. It's also been great for including videos on my digital card, which helps answer common customer questions. I use it for pretty much everything I can for our team. The lockscreen card on the phone makes swapping info effortless, the link sharing just works, and tweaking your profile design to match your vibe takes zero effort. I’m able to include my buyer’s guide, seller’s guide, Google reviews, social media pages, contact information, and other important resources all in one clean, easy-to-use profile. It creates a much more interactive and modern experience for potential clients and business connections. **What do you dislike about Popl?** The only thing I dislike that others may find a positive is once you go into the app, it automatically stays at the top of your screen or on your lock screen until you force close it. If there were a way to simply share your contact information so it could create a contact directly on their phone, that would be even more beneficial.
