Moving from paper to electronic has been a real game-changer. **What do you dislike about Policy Manager Software?** The search function feels a bit lacking. It doesn’t always return what I’m looking for, even when I try different terms. **What problems is Policy Manager Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first and main problem being addressed is the ability to have a current copy of any policy quickly available. There aren't a bunch of defunct copies floating around the office. ### 2. Saves time and hard paper as everything can be referred anywhere in the world. **What do you dislike about Policy Manager Software?** UI/UX needs to be more user-friendly so that team can use it easily, as the main motive for using this is to save time and effort. Forgot password might need to be added. **What problems is Policy Manager Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping all the policies in a single repository and in a folder structure so that one can find them easily anytime. Ability to create the workflows to get the approvals on policy. ### 3. So when one department need the policies, it is all in one place. Online attestation saves paper and saves time, as anyone can read them from the business used computers. **What do you dislike about Policy Manager Software?** I dislike that it doesn't give you an opportunity to reset your password if you forget it. The company has to provide a reset, so it is a little more difficult and increases waiting times on getting policies attested on time for big businesses with large numbers of employees. **What problems is Policy Manager Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps cut down on paper waste, which in my opinion is a HUGE win for the enivrnoment. Esepcially for businesses with thousands of employees, the information needed gets to everyone in a timely manor and doesn't go through thousands of pieces of paper. Love that. ### 4. The attention to detail .I have not tried any tools with it just yet. The sky is the limit for them **What do you dislike about Policy Manager Software?** unnecessary two-factor authentication is challenging. Everything works properly as far as I am concerned. That would be Paying more attention to customer usage at the core. **What problems is Policy Manager Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing company policy is a core objective. We are not benefitting at the moment. So far so good, productivity has been great. There has also been some progress on the front. ### 9. I believe PM is integrated into our EPIC documentation system that is used beside. this makes it easy for bedside staff to access current poicies. ### 11. Great Tool for Storing and Managing Policy Documentation **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2020 **What do you like best about Policy Manager Software?** One thing that really stood out to our organization wasn't a feature of the product at all but rather a service offered by the vendor; they took the documents we shared and standardized everything (i.e. font, formatting, etc.) so the look and feel would be consistent across all documents once uploaded. **What do you dislike about Policy Manager Software?** PolicyStat is serving all our needs very nicely. A good policy management system is one you don't have to use much. Our policy document approval process is now much easier and less time consuming than before. **Recommendations to others considering Policy Manager Software:** If you're struggling to manage policy documentation and track approvals, revision history, etc., PolicyStat is a nice option to consider. The vendor was very responsive to our needs and even proofed and standardized all our documentation for us. **What problems is Policy Manager Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing PolicyStat, our organization was largely managing versions and approvals of policy documentation via paper copies. Though the documents were created and stored digitally, the 'red-line' and approved versions were kept on paper.
