You are limited to edit 8-bit JPEGs. However, in theory, you must submit to a lower quality workflow. One more limiting aspect of Polarr is that it exports everything in an sRGB color space. It is easy to use and allows a user to select a face in each photo to make specific edits. Most other apps are costly or make facial edits look too fake, but Polarr allows for various depths to each edit. Polarr's included presets are visually stunning and there is something for everyone. If you are looking for more of an "art" edit, there are options to make your photos pop and look unique. If you want a more subtle and natural feel, Polarr has some great settings for that too. Using Polarr just makes everything easier. I really love the teeth affect where you can whiten and adjust teeth color. You can also smooth skin and edit skin tones if you need to. Another feature I enjoy is the radial feature. You can choose if you want to edit the people, the sky, an object....and so forth. This makes editing so much easier for social media. **What do you dislike about Polarr?** I do not like the update of Polarr for mobile. I think this update makes things a bit harder to use and doesn't differentiate between the free and for purchase effects and filters well enough. When using the free version of Polarr, make sure to check your settings before you start creating or getting comfortable with your design. If you end up adding features that cost money, it won't tell you until the end and you will be forced to go back and begin again if you choose to not pay for the app. Polarr doesn't really emphasize their customer support and can be difficult when you need answers. Downloading overlays can also take some time when on a mobile device. We use the free version of the app and we are able to save money while also getting quality results that we love and post on our websites and social media. I am able to do quick edits and save time when needed. Polarr is also very user-friendly. Other apps like Lightroom require a more in-depth knowledge on photo editing and can be tricky for first-time users or beginners. Polarr allows everyone to feel comfortable and mistakes are easily fixed by using this app by using the undo or back buttons. There aren't any specific "business problems" we are solving with Polarr. However, we do enjoy using an app for mobile for when we are on the go and need to make quick fixes. I would like to see a text feature added to Polarr so we could use that for business purposes as well. I have never used the paid version of Polarr.
