"Multiple AI Models in One Clean, Fast Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Poe?

What I like best about Poe is its ability to access multiple AI models, such as Claude, Gemini, GPT, and others, all in a single interface. It makes comparing responses quick and easy without switching between platforms. I also like the custom bit feature, which helps me create AI assistants for specific tasks, and the clean, responsive interface that makes conversations fast and easy to manage. What do you dislike about Poe?

While Poe makes it easy to access multiple AI models, the daily message limit for premium models can feel restrictive when I’m working on longer research sessions. I also wish conversations could be organized into folders or projects, because finding older chats becomes difficult over time. Occasionally, switching between models resets the context, which means I have to repeat prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Early forerunner but has lost value over time due to strict pricing"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Poe?

I have been using Poe since it launched about 4 years ago for testing multi-model setups. Honestly, the platform's value and ROI have gone down significantly over time. The overall UI/UX is just okay, but it is nowhere near as robust, organized, or structured for professional teamwork for enterprise scale. Performance is completely standard; the generation speed isn't anything special compared to hitting the core models directly. It functions fine as a basic sandbox to test out different LLMs under one account, but the overall user experience feels like it has stalled while the subscription pricing model has become much more restrictive. What do you dislike about Poe?

What I dislike most about Poe is the friction caused by their shifting compute points system. They changed from a predictable model rate to a variable pricing scheme based on context length, which means the point cost scales up massively the longer a chat thread becomes. Running complex AI pilots burns through our points unexpectedly fast because the backend charges you extra for reading your own past chat history. To make it worse, standard subscription points do not roll over to the next month. If our team has a lighter consulting month, our paid capacity is just wiped out and destroyed when the billing cycle resets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best platform that allows users to interact with various AI chatbots"
5/5
What do you like best about Poe?

It provides access to many AI Chatbots, which I use on a daily basis. The chatbot I usually use is Chat GPT, which gives quick answers on various topics and also helps me understand different legal issues. I also use the available bots for drafting legal notices, some legal agreements, basic memorandums of agreements, general official letters, and emails. Sometimes, I even use the chatbots for understanding complex parts and clauses of agreements, and it does perform very well. All the Chatbots available on Poe understand my native language, Hindi', when I put questions to them in my native language, which further becomes helpful for me. One of the best things is that it can also be accessed through Android app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poe?

There is nothing that I dislike about Poe. It does the work fast and in a very reliable way. I have faced no issues ever while working on its website or Android app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A integrated AI platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Poe?

Open source AI platform to first test, implement then purchase. Perfectly designed based on the requirement and use case in which we are using this platform. It gives all the necessary separate Pods to explore the options where we want to build an app, or want to do something with image, audio, video, and many more. Provide different outputs of the query to compare based on AI GPTs. Secure and personalized environment to work and deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poe?

Very limited activity points were added in open source for a day to use and explore. Little bit concerned about securing the data we search, not sure if it is secure or not in the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Poe credit system is slightly more expensive then just using one perticular model, and the free version is limiting in some features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Many LLMs at one place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Poe?

It has a huge collection of models which one can use. They offer limited free access to models also, but after certain interactions, we need to pay. They also offer developers the opportunity to host their own models and LLMs on Poe with a program to earn money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poe?

The free tier limit is less, and also good models are not always in the free tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
