Plotstead Reviews & Product Details

Plotstead is property and asset management software designed for New Zealand, combining mapping with asset tracking to visualize properties on aerial photos. Assets like pumps or gates can be marked, pipes traced, and buildings outlined, with property boundaries retrieved from the Land Information New Zealand database. Each asset includes detailed records such as photos, documents, serial numbers, and maintenance history. Reminders cover compliance tasks like vehicle registration, insurance, smoke alarm testing, and septic pump-outs. Repairs can be logged with invoice numbers and contractor details, while costs are tracked per asset. Tax-ready reports categorize expenses as income-earning, apportioned, or private. The platform works offline and syncs when online, with role-based sharing for controlled access. Rental management tracks income and expenses, and data can be exported as spreadsheets or GeoJSON files.
