Moreover, It is better than cPanel which do not support MSSQL. ### 47. All the accesses to the tools are arranged in a menu displayed in the application interface. I like it because it has a file manager that allows you to edit files directly from the application. Also, I also like it because it has a backup manager. **What do you dislike about Plesk?** I've never been able to use the WordPress toolkit because it doesn't allow me to run any WordPress installation or any plugin. Also, it does not receive updates. **Recommendations to others considering Plesk:** Plesk is a tool that will provide you with various advantages for managing your website. It has a free trial, so I recommend requesting it and trying its functions. It has a friendly interface and all its options are well structured. **What problems is Plesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Plesk is a tool that greatly facilitates us to edit files on our website, since we can edit them directly in the application and save the changes. Previously we had to download them via FTP and edit them in some software. ### 48. Also, customers can easily setup WordPress, Joomla websites by themselves. **What do you dislike about Plesk?** Sometimes hosting a Magento website is difficult as custom rules do not apply and also gets removed when restarting the webserver. **Recommendations to others considering Plesk:** Start having Plesk and every website will be setup easily. **What problems is Plesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosting WordPress websites are easy with websites. Basically connectivity with databases s easy and setting up FTP is also easy with Plesk. ### 49. You can connect to backups using SSH so many devices are compatible. There's also tons of documentation out there and it's a popular product so you're never too far away from a solution **What do you dislike about Plesk?** I found it a bit confusing in regards to hosting packages and customers etc. It's not super clear without testing what a customer will see when they login, this means lots of testing to make sure that they don't accidentally see another customers web host package. **Recommendations to others considering Plesk:** If you're having problems managing web hosting for your customers Plesk is the way to go. I have used their main competitor and found the interface to be very unintuitive, at least for the way we were using it. SSL management is a doddle, billing is made easy by Plesk and it's just a simple to use product with great support. **What problems is Plesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** web hosting, my boss suggested we create out own lamp stack but it's not cost effective when Plesk is available. Each client has access to their resources without affecting the rest of the clients. **What do you dislike about Plesk?** uncomplicated in general everything is very intuitive. even for inexperienced people. **What problems is Plesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients can manage and update their website and email without calls to a call center. This reduces the solution time for the client, allowing them to focus on other activities.
