What I like most about Plazbot is its omnichannel integration capabilities. The platform allows you to centralize all customer service channels, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Webchat, Telegram, Instagram and SMS. Furthermore, its no-code chatbot creation module is extremely useful in automating customer interactions efficiently.
