What do you like best about Playground?

I appreciate the customer service and customization of Playground. Whenever a problem arises or I have a question, customer support is very responsive. The engineering team even made a special report function for our CACFP reporting. I value the responsiveness of the support team. Additionally, I like that the online version and app communicate effectively, creating consistency that was lacking in our previous tool, Procare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playground?

I like how Playground connects with my website so I don't lose interested families. I appreciate that Playground offers everything I need, and I'm still learning to use it at its full capacity. The initial setup was easy for me, thanks to having used many apps in the past and the helpful support from AI. If communication continues to be good, I'll be very satisfied. What do you dislike about Playground?

I find the billing process takes longer than I expected for the first time. It would have been helpful if they shared that information during the demo, so planning around it is smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
