## About Playbook Logix
Playbook Logix is registration and team management software for youth and adult sports. Organizations use it to run a season end to end: online signups, payments, rosters, schedules, waivers, and parent communication, in one place instead of a paper form, a spreadsheet, a group text, and a payment app. It is built for the people who actually administer a season, who are usually volunteers. A single coach can create a program and start taking registrations the same afternoon, with no implementation call, no data import, and no training. The same account still works when that coach is running four teams, a summer camp, and a tournament three years later. Registration and payments. Organizations build their own signup form, set fees, add-ons, and promo codes, then share a public registration link. Checkout calculates the total once and freezes it to that registration, so changing next season's prices never alters an existing family's invoice. Card payments are processed through Stripe and settle directly into the organization's own bank account, so funds are never held and released on a payout schedule. Payment plans, deposits, sibling discounts, refunds, recorded cash and check payments, and a Sponsor-a-Player link that lets a grandparent or local business cover a child's balance are all supported. Teams and operations. Rosters, multiple programs and sports under one organization, repeating practice and game schedules with saved locations, attendance tracking, tournament brackets, volunteer job signups, and carpool coordination with enforced seat limits. Staff permissions are set per team, so an assistant coach can run practices without seeing billing. Communication and content. Team message boards with read receipts, live chat, email and SMS announcements, push notifications with quiet hours, waivers parents sign on their phone, shared documents, and photo galleries. Team websites. A drag-and-drop builder produces a public site for each team from a block library, with staff bios syncing live from the roster. Playbook Logix runs in any browser, with companion apps for iPhone and Android signed into the same account. A free version is available permanently rather than as a trial.
